Open-source, schema-driven document extraction platform. Started as an internal tool to solve a problem I had at Superkey — the products on the market were either expensive black boxes or experiments that didn’t survive contact with real documents. So I built the one I wanted to buy. Documents in, structured data out.
Playing in the association management space, with a large portfolio of associations we serve. I’ve written the underwriting stack — high volumes of submissions, AI-assisted intake and assessment, the kind of leverage that lets a small team handle a much larger book.
Cloud consultancy. Built and led the data practice — walking into enterprise teams’ data estates and helping them actually use what they had.
Location-attribution platform connecting offline foot traffic to online ad spend. Took the company public through a reverse merger; built the pipeline behind the numbers.
AI for retail price and promotion optimization. Raised $45M, served Fortune 500 retailers, acquired by Kinaxis in 2020.
